Fraser MacKenzie
Director
As a Director in the renewable energy sector, I specialise in Operational Delivery and post contract Client Management. With a focus on building strong client relationships and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively, I bring a practical, results-driven approach to leadership. I have spent the past 14 years working at a senior level within the Renewable Energy and Construction Industry delivering a range of projects including domestic, commercial and wider Social Housing Regeneration projects. Prior to working with this sector I spent over 20 years working within the public sector (Local Authority / Housing Association) primarily within Economic Development and Business Development roles. Outside of work I am married and have three grown up (apparently) children. I enjoy playing golf (with varying degrees of failure), exploring new destinations on short breaks, and spending time walking my dog.

Throughout my career, I have successfully overseen the delivery of more than 10,000 installations, building a reputation for operational excellence, strong team management, and consistently delivering high-quality outcomes for clients. I am an integral part of a wider team that brings a “can do” attitude to project management and delivery with a particular focus on maintaining the high level of quality that has resulted in the volume of repeat business that the business has achieved over the past 10 years. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with his family and still manage to play football most weeks.
